Here is another winner that you can make with your pulled pork leftovers.
First – reheat your pulled pork. Since mine are stored in a vac sealed bag, I like to heat them in a Sous Vide.
You can lightly toast your pumpernickel bread while you’re waiting for your pulled pork to reheat.
Once you have it to your desired temp – put your leftover pulled pork onto the pumpernickel break. Add – swiss cheese, creamy coleslaw, Russian dressing, and a dill pickle
Cut in half and enjoy!
